Official visit of Greek Defense Minister Mr. N. Dendias to Israel (August 7, 2023)

The Minister of National Defense of Greece Mr. N. Dendias paid an official visit to Israel on August 7, upon the invitation of his Israeli counterpart Mr. Y. Gallant.

The two Ministers discussed the important achievements of the Strategic Defense Relationship between Greece and Israel and expressed their willingness to further enhance it, with an emphasis on cooperation in the areas of defense research and technology, with the involvement of the defense industry, research institutions and other innovation bodies. Ministers Dendias and Gallant also discussed challenges in the broader region as well as the enhancing of the Greek-Israeli cooperation for promoting security, stability and prosperity therein.
