• Establishment of the Embassy by royal decree of 5/7.3.1918.

• Abolition by royal decree 9.2.1923.

• Re-establishment of the Embassy by Emergency Law Nr. 1658 of 23/28.3.1939.

• Re-abolition of the mission by Emergency Law Nr. 1084 of  31.12.1945/9.3.1946 (Government Gazette A’ 91)
  

• Re-establishment of the Embassy by legislative decree 3966 of 10/25.8.1959 (Government Gazette A’ 258)

• Promotion to first class Embassy by royal decree 702 of 14.9/18.10.1960 (Government Gazette 173).

• The Greek General Consulate in Kobe functioned from 1973 to 1981.
