Greek Christmas traditional dishes cooking lesson (Nov. 14, 2012)

In preparing for Christmas dinner, the Ladies of a Tokyo Kitchen group came to the Greek Residence to have a lesson on traditional Greek dishes. With Mrs. Jelena Mathioudakis, they enjoyed oven-baked lamb, tourlou of Serifos, crab croquettes, and Greek almond biscuits, all prepared together with the spouse of the Ambassador, Mrs Yasmine Lawand-Tsamados.
