Greek Cooking Lesson by Mrs. Yasmine Lawand-Tsamados (Feb. 24, 2013)

Members and friends of the Japan- Greece Society gathered in Shinjuku on February 24. The wife of the Ambassador, Mrs. Yasmine Lawand-Tsamados, served as "sensei" for the occasion.  She demonstrated for around forty ladies and gentlemen how to cook stuffed bell pepper yemista, tzatziki, pastitsada of Corfu, and rizogalo pudding. Delicious extra-virgin Greek olive oil was also served, as well as the world-renowned Greek yogurt and Greek white wine.
