Greek pianist Ioannis Giannopoulos’ charity concerts in Okinawa and Fukuoka (Dec. 5 and 9, 2012) as well as a piano recital in Tokyo (Dec. 9, 2012)

Ambassador and Mrs. Tsamados attended the piano recital of Mr. Ioannis Giannopoulos, a Greek young pianist, who showcased his virtuosity and artistic maturity at a recital in Tokyo on December 9, 2012 at the Hotel Okura. Mr. Giannopoulos was invited to Japan by the Japan Music Cultural Exchange Association, which is headed by Maestro Mitsuyoshi Oikawa. Apart from his appearance in Tokyo, Mr. Giannopoulos held two charity concerts in Okinawa on December 5 and in Fukuoka on December 7, 2012, for the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
