Due to the current concerns regarding the spread of the new coronavirus COVID-19 and to safeguard the health and safety of the general public and our employees, the Consular Office of the Embassy of Greece in Tokyo kindly requests anyone who needs to visit our premises, regardless of the nature of the case, to strictly make an appointment beforehand via telephone or email.

As of Friday 20 March and until further notice we will provide services only for urgent matters and, if possible, without the citizen's physical presence.
Anyone visiting the Consular Office is expected to implement basic preventive measures.
