Greece in Japan 2024 Greece - Japan Year of Culture and Tourism Greek-Japanese symposium on European funding of rural regions through LEADER programs for the promotion of Tourism, Kokugakuin

Thanks to the concept and organization of Prof. Dr. Tohsei ISHIMOTO of the KOKUGAKUIN University, under the auspices of the Greek Embassy and in the context of the 2024 Year of Culture and Tourism, a symposium entitled “European funding of the local development of Rural Regions and the promotion of Tourism -  Bottom Up” Approach – A study of the case of LEADER program funding for the development of the islands of South Aegean Sea" was organized at the Yokohama Branch of the University, with participants representing the  Greek Development Companies from the Dodecanese and Heraklion, Crete.
