Apostille Seal

According to the Hague Convention on abolishing the requirement of legalization for foreign public documents (5.10.1961), public documents of every state in order to be accepted by the authorities of another state must bear an apostille seal, by the competent authority, which in this case is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
