SIGNATURE AUTHORISATION

The Consular Office authorizes the signature on the following cases:

a) signature of interpreters under oath
b) signature of a Greek citizen
c) signature of a foreign citizen.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan is in title to authorize public documents utilizing Apostille Seal, according to the Hague Convention on abolishing the obligation of legalization foreign public documents (30.04.1961).

According to Presidential Decree 116, 30.04.2006, Government Gazette 96, Volume I, consular fees of 10 Euros are selected for authorizing the signature of a Greek citizen and 20 Euros for the signature of a foreign citizen.
