4th Arab-Hellenic Economic Forum

The 4th Arab-Hellenic Economic Forum under the title: “35 years of Excellence in Partnership”, was organized in Athens, on June 3-4, 2015.

The event was very successful and attracted a large number of agencies and enterprises from Arab countries and mainly from Jordan, which was the focal country of this year's event. Within the framework of the Forum, there were  presentations of the investment opportunities that Jordan has to offer, and at the same time the organizers focused on promoting the bilateral contacts between Greek and Jordanian private and state agencies active in the sectors of energy, transportation, tourism, health, metallurgy, finance, infrastructure, research and technology, communications and agriculture. 

The Jordanian delegation consisted of the Minister of Transport Dr Lina Shabeeb, the President of Economic Affairs Committee of the Parliament Dr Khair Abu Saalik, the President of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce κ. Nael Raja Al Kabariti, the President of the Jordan Investment Board Dr Moutaser Al-Oklah, representatives of the Chambers of Commerce of Zarqa, Mafraq, Aqaba, the General Director of Jordan Food and Drug Administration Dr Hayel Obeidat, the President of the Jordanian Private Hospitals Dr Fawzi Hammouri, the Chief Executive of the legal company Aljazy & Co. Dr Omar M.H. Aljazy, as well as other Jordanian entrepreneurs.
