Compulsory Registration To The National Cadastre For The Regions Of The Municipality Of Kavala

The "Greek National Cadastre and Mapping Agency" (EKXA) has informed us that, in compliance with Paragraph 1 of Article 2 of the Law No. 2308/1995 as modified and entered into force and with the relevant Decisions No. 636/7/31.03.2015, those with registrable rights at the bellow mentioned areas:

1. Pre-Kapodistrian Organizations of Local Administration (ΟΤΑ) of: Amigdaleonos, Zygou, Korifon, Krioneriou, Limnion, Neas Karvalis, Polinerou and Chalkerou of the Municipality of Kavala, of the Regional Entity of Kavala
2. Pre-Kapodistrian Organizations of Local Administration (ΟΤΑ) of: Agiou Kosma, Geronta, Gravounis, Dipotamou, Disvatou, Elafochoriou, Erateinou, Zarkadias, Kechrokampou, Lekanis, Makrichoriou, Pernis, Petropigis, Platamonos, Pontolivadou, Chrisoupoleos and Chrisochoriou of the Municipality of Nestos of the Regional Entity of Kavala
3. Pre-Kapodistrian Organizations of Local Administration (ΟΤΑ) of: Akropotamou, Amisianon, Antifilippon, Avlis, Domation, Elaiochoriou, Kipion, Kokkinochomatos, Melissokomeiou, Mesias, Mesoropis, Moustheni, Mirtofitou, Orfanou, Paggaiou, Palaiochoriou, Platanotopou, Podochoriou, Sidirochoriou, Foleas and Chrisocastrou of the Municipality of Paggaion of the Regional Entity of Kavala are invited to register with the EKXA from April 14th 2015 to July 14th 2015 (if they are residents in Greece) and from April 14th 2015 to October 14th 2015 (if they are residents abroad or Greek public servants).
