Compulsory Registration To The National Cadastre For The Regions Of The Regional Entity Of Serres

The "Greek National Cadastre and Mapping Agency" (EKXA) has informed us that, in compliance with Paragraph 1 of Article 2 of the Law No. 2308/1995 as modified and entered into force, by the relevant Decisions No. 638/5/07.04.2015 those with registrable rights at the bellow mentioned areas:

1. Pre-Kapodistrian Municipalities/Communities of: Ammoudias, Valterou, Gefiroudiou, Dasochoriou, Zevgolatiou, Irakleias, Kalokastrou, Karperis, Koimiseos, Livadochoriou, Lithotopou, Limnochoriou, Melenikitsiou, Neas Tyrolois, Palaiokastrou, Pontismenou, Skotoussis, Strymonikou, Triados, Cheimarrou, Chrysochorafon of the Kallikratian Municipality of Irakleia of the Regional Entity of Serres of the Region of Central Macedonia
2. Pre-Kapodistrian Municipalities/Communities of: Agias Elenis, Adelfikou, Anagenniseos, Ano Vrontous, Ano Kamilas, Vamvakias, Vamvakoussis, Elaionos, Kalon Dendron, Kato Kamilas, Kouvouklias, Koumarias, Konstantinatou, Mitrousiou, Monokklisias, Oinoussas, Oreinis, Peponias, Provata, Skoutareos, Christou of the Kallikratian Municipality of Serres of the Regional Entity of Serres of the Region of Central Macedonia
3. Pre-Kapodistrian Municipalities/Communities of: Agkistrou, Akritochoriou, Ano Poroion, Achladochoriou, Vamvakofytou, Vyroneias, Gonimou, Kamarotou, Kapnofytou, Kastanoussis, Kato Poroion, Kerkinis, Livadias, Makrinitsis, Mandrakiou, Megalochoriou, Neou Petritsiou, Neochoriou (Sintikis), Platanakion, Promachonos, Rodopolis, Sidirokastrou, Strymonochoriou, Charopou and Chorterou of the Kallikratian Municipality of Sintiki of the Regional Entity of Serres of the Region of Central Macedonia

are invited to register with the EKXA from May 11th to August 11th 2015 (if they are residents in Greece) and from May 11th to November 11th 2015 (if they are residents abroad or Greek public servants).
