Lectures by Dr Paraskevi Kalamara at the Jordan Museum

We wish to inform you that the Jordan Museum and the Hellenic Society for Near Eastern Studies will host Dr. Paraskevi Kalamara, representing the Ministry of Culture of Greece, for two keynote lectures, titled:

1. Late Roman-Byzantine textiles and their social implications
2. The Museum reality in Greece during the last 20 Years

The lectures will be presented at the facilities of the Jordan Museum, on Tuesday 5 January and Wednesday 6 January 2016, at 18.00. Entrance is free to everyone.

The event is organized under the auspices of the Embassy of Greece in Amman.
