Publication of provisional cadastre tables and charts for regions of the county of Attica

COMPULSORY REGISTRATION TO THE NATIONAL CADASTRE FOR REGIONS OF ATTICA

The "Greek National Cadastre and Mapping Agency" (EKXA), in compliance with Article 4 of the Law No. 2308/1995 as modified and entered into force, has announced the publication of the Provisional Cadastre Tables and Charts:

1. At the Municipalities of Aspropyrgos and Mandra of the Regional Entity of West Attica
2. At the Municipalities of Ilion, Petroupoli and Chaidari of the Regional Entity of the West Department of Athens
3. At the Municipalities of Alimos, Ellinikon, Moschato and Tavros of the Regional Entity of the South Department of Athens, and
4. At the Municipalities of Dafni and Ymittos of the Regional Entity of the Central Department of Athens

where the Provisional Cadastre Tables and Charts will be posted for two (2) months, at the Local Bureaus of Cadastre, beginning April 27th, 2015.

Anyone that has a legal interest, within the period of two (2) months, may present to the Local Bureau of Cadastre a petition of correction or a petition of objection against the data presented on the Charts and Tables.

For the residents abroad and for the Greek public servants, there is a four (4) month deadline.

The deadline for the presentation of a late petition and for a petition for the correction of a manifest error for the above stated Local Authorities is set on June 30th, 2016.
