Foreign Ministry announcement regarding the deadly terrorist attack on a mosque in Kuwait

We condemn in the most unequivocal manner the deadly terrorist attack carried out on the Shiite mosque of Al-Shadeq in Kuwait City. This murderous attack, beyond being another absurd act of violence by the Islamic State, is also an intolerant strike on the multicultural and multifaith nature of the Middle East.

The terrorists will find united against them all of the peoples who fight against terrorism and religious fanaticism. We express our condolences to the families of the victims and to the government of Kuwait.
