Change of Residency

To issue a relocation certificate the following documents are needed:

1. Passports and residence permits for all the time living in Kuwait.

2. Copies of house contracts for all the time living in Kuwait.

3. Original certificates from your employer(s) for all the working in Kuwait.

4. Copy of the contract of the house owned/rented in Greece

5. In case of car relocation: driving license and a proof of car ownership.

6. The attached form filled.

7. In case of family relocation: family certificate (the Consular Office requires the birth certificate from the applicant’s municipality in Greece before the birth registration. For this reason, the applicant inform the Consular Office on his/her name, surname, father’s name, mother’s name, date and place of birth and the municipality he/she is registered in Greece).
