National Service

For a certificate for exemption from military service, the following should be submitted to the Consular Office:

1-     All the applicant’s passports and residence permits for all the time of living in Kuwait.

2-     All the applicant’s parents’ passports and residence permits for all the time of living in Kuwait.

3-     Applicant’s entry and exit record from Immigration Department for the last 11 years in Kuwait officially translated and attested by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

4-     Applicant’s parents’ house contracts in Kuwait since the birth of the applicant;

5-     Original certificates from the parents’ employer(s) in Kuwait since the birth of the son, mentioning the period of the work

6-     Certificate from the school(s) the applicant studied in Kuwait.



In case the applicant has lived in other countries, too, he must submit certificates for military exemption issued by the competent Greek Consular Authorities in those countries.
