Vital Records

1.    Registration of birth

-Hospital certificate translated in English and attested by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs

-Birth certificate issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health translated in English and attested by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

-Family certificate of the parents (the Consular Office requires the birth certificate from the applicant’s municipality in Greece before the birth registration. For this reason, the applicant inform the Consular Office on his/her name, surname, father’s name, mother’s name, date and place of birth and the municipality he/she is registered in Greece).

Fee: 4 KWD for the birth registration and 4 KWD for each exact copy of the registration.

2.    Registration of marriage

-Certificate of a religious officer translated in English and attested by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

-Marriage certificate from the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice of the translated in English and attested by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

-Family certificate (the Consular Office requires the birth certificate from the applicant’s municipality in Greece before the birth registration. For this reason, the applicant inform the Consular Office on his/her name, surname, father’s name, mother’s name, date and place of birth and the municipality he/she is registered in Greece).

Fee: 4 KWD for the marriage registration and 4 KWD for each exact copy of the marriage registration.
