Announcement: New Travel restriction measures for departing and arriving passengers in Latvia

According to an announcement issued this afternoon by the Latvian Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDPC), Greece was added to the list of countries to and from which international carriage via airports, ports, by buses and railway transport shall not be performed because spread of COVID-19 infection has been registered exceeding 25 cases per 100 000 people and it may cause a serious threat to  public health (as provided by the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No.360).

This measure comes into force from tomorrow August 22, 2020.
