Cultural Relations and Greek Community

Libya is one of Greece’s most important trade partners among Arab countries. The Greek community in Libya is a bridge of cooperation between the two countries and has a longstanding presence in Tripoli and Benghazi, where there are Communities and Orthodox churches. There are also a number of Greeks working for Greek-owned and other companies active in Libya.
