Olympia Culture Festival - Katakolo, Greece 2016

Dear Friends,

The Cultural Park with the co-operation of Epihotel Odysseas, is about to organize the 1st Folklore Festival of traditional dances and choirs from the 17th to the 27th of June 2016, in Western Peloponnese in Greece. The festival will take place at the picturesque village of Katakolo.

We would like to invite traditional choirs and dance groups from all over the world. The Purpose of this Festival is to introduce and bring together the different types of local dances and music not only from Greece, but from all over the world, with shows and concerts in Olympia. Apart from that, to live and share experiences between all the participating groups and to empower the bonds between them, so that the Folklore tradition of our region can continue among us.

With this organization, we would like to show the value of Cultural Tourism and especially in Olympia, the place which constitutes the origin of culture and athletics. Registration will be open until February 28th.

“Epihotel Odysseas” will support the accommodation of our guests as it provides bed and breakfast for two days.
