According to the new additional measures against COVID-19 in the Netherlands, all passengers travelling to the Netherlands by air or sea must produce a negative result of a rapid COVID-19 test, performed within four hours prior to boarding the aircraft or ship. This requirement is in addition to the existing mandatory negative test result for a PCR test. No exceptions will apply.

All persons entering the Netherlands must self-quarantine for 10 days upon arrival.
As of 23 January 2021, a curfew between 20:30 and 04:30 has been introduced daily across the country. Persons who violate the curfew will receive a fine of 95€.

These measures will remain in force at least until 9 February 2021.
