Αmendments in the regulation on Covid-19 measures from the Government of Norway
As of 18 January 2021, everyone who during the last 14 days before arrival in Norway has been in an area entailing an entry quarantine obligation when entering Norway must now be tested for SARS-CoV-2 at the border crossing point. The test must be PCR or antigen rapid test and is free of charge. Foreign nationals are also required to present a negative test that has been taken less than 72 hours prior to arrival in Norway.
The duty for entry registration prior to crossing the border and completion of quarantine upon arrival in Norway is still valid. Regulations might change in the time to come and will be published on the following webpage:
