Covid19 - New measures to apply to entry into Norway as on November 26th, 2021
In order to limit imported cases of COVID-19, the Norwegian Governmentis introducing stricter entry restrictions as on 26 November.
From that date, all travellers will need to complete registration prior to their arrival in Norway (https://reg.entrynorway.no/).
For those who cannot produce a verifiable COVID-19 certificate as documentation that they are fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 during the past 6 months, regardless of the country the person has travelled from, the following additional requirements are being reintroduced:
• Documentation of a negative test taken less than 24 hours before arrival
• Duty to get tested upon entry
Travel quarantine rules will remain unchanged, i.e. 10 days for travellers who cannot produce a verifiable COVID-19 certificate as documentation that they are fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 during the past 6 months and arrive from red, dark red, purple and grey countries.
