Exemptions will be provided for European Economic Area (EEA) citizens and their family members who reside in Norway. Similar exemptions will be provided for EEA citizens who work in Norway.
Furthermore, temporary strict controls will be implemented in the points of entry/exit in the borders of Norway with the Schengen countries.
The airports will be open for international flights enabling tourists/foreign nationals to travel out of the country. Aircrafts from abroad will be landing at Norwegian airports in the coming week, allowing Norwegians to return home.
All individuals entering Norway from any country of origin are obliged to self-quarantine for 14 days after arrival.
