Delivery of Legal Documents

Civil and penal legal documents can be conveyed for delivery to and from the competent Greek Judicial Authorities thought the Foreign Ministry’s E3 Directorate, as well as to and from Greek citizens by Greece’s Consular Authorities. Delivery of civil or penal document to Greek citizens living in Norway takes place through the Consular Office of the Embassy of Greece in Oslo.

It is to be noted that there is no obligation for Greek citizens to acknowledge receipt of the legal documents in question.
