Greece in the UN Human Rights Council (HRC)

Addressing the 52nd session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, Greece presented its candidature for the UN HRC in the period 2028-2030.

Greece is convinced of the added value and effectiveness of a consensus-based approach regarding human rights, based on international law, and its aim will be to advance the HRC's vital work and to promote international synergy and dialogue with all relevant UN bodies and Member States.
