Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire (CERN) Retreat in Sinaia, Romania (28-30 August 2024)

Ambassador Ioannis Ghikas, Permanent Representative of Greece to the UN and other international organisations in Geneva, participated at the CERN Retreat in Sinaia, Romania. Exciting discussions were held on the future of CERN as the centerpiece of European fundamental research and a global science hub. Discussions focused on the possible future colliders that will help us understand where mass and dark matter come from. Two days of inspiration and vision that put Europe at the center of global science.
