Visit of Chairman of Athens Transport Organization to UNECE (Geneva, 10.11.2014)

A Greek Delegation, headed by Mr. Grigoris Dimitriadis, chairman of Athens Transport Organization(OASA SA), met with Mr. Christian Friis Bach, Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Europe, to discuss the details of a common project between UNECE and Traanspport for Athens on the reform and restructure of urban public transport system of Athens.
Both sides underlined the importance of the project emphasizing its mutual beneficial character. They agreed on drafting a roadmap for the accomplishment of the project.
Mr. Dimitriadis was accompanied by the Ambassador of Greece Alexis Alexandris, Mrs. Athina Chatzipetrou, Consultant UNECE Trade Facilitaiton Advisor for Greece and Mr. Petros Machas.
