Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs Miltiadis Varvitsiotis to visit Poland (14-16 January 2020)

Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs Miltiadis Varvitsiotis will travel to Poland on Tuesday, 14 January, to meet with his Polish counterpart, Konrad Szymański, and the chair, Stanislav Tyszka, and members of the Polish Parliament’s European Affairs Committee.

The two sides are to discuss European issues of shared interest and will exchange views on the challenges the Union is facing.

During his stay, Mr. Varvitsiotis will visit Auschwitz, where he will honour the memory of the victims of the Holocaust and visit the permanent Greek exhibit in honour of the Greeks who lost their lives in the Nazi concentration camp.
