The Embassy attended the 1st Olympiad of Classical Civilization and the ceremony of prize award, organized in the framework of the program “Classics online”, which is a synergy of the Faculty of Letters of the University of Lisbon, the Centre of Classical Studies of the University and the Network of School Libraries. 1800 students from various schools of Portugal participated in the contest. The ceremony of award was attended by the Secretary of State for Education Mr Joao Costa.
