The Greek cartoonist Odysseas Theodoratos won the first prize for overseas artists at the 2024 World Webtoon Awards. The Minister of Culture of Greece, Mrs Lina Mendoni, visiting officially Seoul, addressed the award ceremony and congratulated, together with Ambassador Loupas, the greek winner for his work "Tomahawk Angel".
