Unveiling of Monument in honour of the Sending States troops that were killed in action during the Korean War. Honouring Greek Participation in the Korean War.

H. E. Ambassador Sourvanos participated today in an event honouring those Killed in Action during the Korean War, organised by the War Memorial kn Seoul. Furthermore, he was chosen to represent all Sending States to the Korean War at the unveiling ceremony of the Monument along with the the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea H.E. Mr. Hwang Kyo-ahn, the Defense Minister H.E. Han Minkoo and the Minister of Veterans and Patriots H.E. Park Sungchoon, as well as UNC/USFK/CFC Commander General C. Scaparrotti.

Prior to the unveiling, a ceremony commemorating the fifth anniversary of the Yeonpyeong bombardment by North Korea (23.11.15) was held.
