2nd FOODEX SAUDI - International Food Exhibition/Business Dinner – Hotel RADISSON BLUE, Jeddah November 19th 2014

The Consulate General of Greece in Jeddah organized a business dinner in Hotel RADISSON BLUE in the occasion of the visit of a Greek Delegation of ten Agricultural Associations and their participation to the 2nd International Food Exhibition – FOODEX SAUDI – which takes place in Jeddah from November 17th to November 20th 2014.

Saudi business people and representatives of  local super-markets, traders and distributors of fresh fruits and food products as well as many journalists attended the business dinner and meet their Greek counterparts. They have the chance to discuss with them and to exchange views and ideas about the promotion and the possibilities to enhance their business relations and exchange of products.

The Consul General of Greece in Jeddah as well as the Economic and Commercial Counselor both, they mentioned the chances and possibilities for a better and more dynamic presence of the Greek fresh fruits and many food products in the Saudi Market, the absence till today of these products and the continuous efforts which have to be done in order to increase the volume of the bilateral business relations between the two, Greek and Saudi, business communities.

Last but not least, they mentioned the dynamism and the flourishing chances that the Saudi Market offers to the Greek Companies and the Greek producers and exporters for a better and closer cooperation with their Saudi counterparts.
