DECLARATION OF A MARRIAGE SOLEMNIZED IN SAUDI ARABIA:

Supporting documents
• Valid passports of each spouse.
• Original Marriage Certificate issued by the Saudi authorities, duly legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia officially translated into Greek or English
• Both spouses are required to attend in person.


DECLARATION OF BIRTH:

Supporting documents
• Original birth certificate issued by the competent Saudi authorities and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia officially translated into Greek or English
• Valid passports or IDs of both parents.
• The Greek parent needs to attend in person. The presence of the child is not required.


DECLARATION OF DEATH:

Supporting documents
• Valid Greek passport or ID of the deceased.
• Original death certificate issued by the competent Saudi authorities and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia officially translated into Greek or English.
• Certificate of the hospital or other competent service mentioning the cause of death, unless this is already mentioned in the death certificate.
• Valid passport or ID card of the informant.
