Message to the Greek citizens - Complying with measures adopted by Singapore
The Singaporean Authorities have adopted a wide range of measures to counter the spread of COVID-19. Some of those apply not only to travelers, but also to residents. In this framework, the Embassy of Greece would like to remind you of the need to fully respect the measures adopted by the local authorities, non-compliance of which is sanctioned. More specifically, we would like to draw your attention on the two following measures :
1. Starting from 21 March, all work pass holders (Employment Pass, S-Pass, Work Permit, Work Holiday Pass) as well as their families (Dependent Pass, Long Term Social Visit Pass) who return to Singapore from overseas, will have to obtain the prior approval from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) before their arrival to Singapore. This measure concerns now all countries. The employer has to submit an application online. As long as the Ministry of Manpower has not approved the application, the person in question is not allowed to enter Singapore. Otherwise, their pass may be revoked, which would mean expulsion from the country.
Starting from 24 March, entry of pass holders into Singapore from overseas (and to the members of their family possessing a stay permit) is granted only to those who provide essential services (e.g. healthcare and transport).

2. Starting from 21 March, Singapore has expanded the Stay-Home Notice (SHN) measure to all residents entering Singapore from overseas. We therefore call you to comply with the SHN obligations. During the 14-day period, you must not leave your residence and you should minimise contact with others. Any person disregarding these obligations can be convicted to a fine not exceeding $10.000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both. Furthermore, their pass may be revoked, which would mean expulsion from the country, including minors.

In these challenging circumstances, we assure you that the Embassy is on your side. At the same time, we call you to show responsibility and remain vigilant.
