29.08.2022 – Visit of Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Dendias to Slovenia – Participation in Bled Strategic Forum 2022

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Nikos Dendias, visited Slovenia and participated in the 17th Bled Strategic Forum (BSF 2022, Bled, 29-30.08.2022) and specifically in the Ministerial panel titled: "How many challenges for Europe".

The panel also included the Foreign Ministers of Croatia, Gordan Grlić Radman, Hungary, Péter Szijjártó, Bulgaria's Deputy Foreign Minister, Velislava Petrova, as well as the Vice-President of the European Parliament, Katarina Barley. The discussion covered the topics of: energy and economic crisis as a result of the war in Ukraine, the effectiveness of sanctions against Russia, the instability and geopolitical challenges not only within but also in the neighborhood of Europe, as well as, the climate crisis and Green economy.
