Wednesday, 09 March 2022

According to the latest Administrative Instructions, the government of Greece is easing the travel restrictions to limit the COVID-19 pandemic, by abolishing the requirement by international travellers to fill in a Passenger Locator Form as of 15th March 2022. This means that all travellers arriving to Greece, up until the 14th of March 2022, regardless of nationality, must complete their PLF from the website: https://travel.gov.gr , before entering the country. Only Ukrainian nationals arriving to Greece with flights from abroad are exempted from the requirement to submit a PLF form.

During the period, from the 7th of March 2022 until the 21st of March 2022, travellers arriving in Greece, coming from EU or Schengen area countries, as well as from the 35 non-EU countries that have joined the EU Digital Covid Certificate (DCC) system, holding a valid EU DCC, are not obliged to show a negative COVID test result upon their arrival.
Nevertheless, all travellers are advised to refer to this website: https://travel.gov.gr for additional information and details, as well as, updated relevant information.
