Announcement about validity of passports

The Embassy of Greece in Pretoria would like to inform all Greek citizens in its jurisdiction that, since September, 1st, 2022 all new passports are issued with a validity of ten (10) years instead of five (5) years as previously. This new regulation applies to passport holders that are 14 years old and above.

Below the age of 14, all passports continue to be valid for three (3) years.
