Alternate FM Tsakalotos meets with Tunisian Ambassador Tarek Saadi

Alternate Foreign Minister Euclid Tsakalotos received Tunisian Ambassador Tarek Saadi at the Foreign Ministry today. During their meeting they discussed issues of bilateral interest, with emphasis on enhancing bilateral trade relations, in which Greece has positive balance of trade.

Mr. Saadi referred to the issue of bilateral tourism cooperation, as well as to the preparations for the 10th Meeting of the Greek-Tunisian Joint Interministerial Committee, which will take place this year, in Tunis.

In view of the convening of the Joint Interministerial Committee, a visit of a delegation of Greek entrepreneurs to Tunis is being organized, and efforts are being made towards the signing of two bilateral Agreements in the sectors of Shipping and Health.
