Power of Attorney
A citizen wishing to draw up a power of attorney must appear in person along with documents proving beyond any doubt his identity (passport or identity card).
He must have the requisite legal ability; that is, he must be conscious of his actions and be of legal age (over 18 years of age).
The full text of the power of attorney should be sent by email to our Consular Office, in word format, drafted by a Greek public notary.
An interpreter should also be present, if the citizen who signs the power of attorney is not fluent in Greek.
