Launch of new air routes Abu Dhabi - Athens

The official air carrier of Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airways, announced on 6/6 that it plans to start operating regular seasonal flights, twice a week, from Abu Dhabi to the Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini. Etihad flights to Mykonos are expected to start on July 8 and last until September 11, 2021, while those to Santorini are expected to start on July 9 and will run until September 12, 2021.

Moreover, the air carrier Fly Dubai announced on 24/5 the beginning, from June 18 to September 29, 2021, of seasonal routes from Dubai to the Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini, three times a week.

Last but not least, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi announced on 26/5 the start of regular seasonal flights, twice a week, from the Emirati capital to the Greek island of Santorini. Wizz Air flights to Santorini are expected to start on July 2 and will run until the end of September 2021.
