Deputy Minister Lilian Darii received the Ambassador Agree of the Hellenic Republic Georgios Poukamissas
Chisinau, 25 January, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Lilian Darii received the Ambassador Agree of the Hellenic Republic to the Republic of Moldova, with residence in Kiev, Georgios Poukamissas, who presented the copies of his letters of credentials. Deputy Minister Lilian Darii wished the Ambassador Georgios Poukamissas success in his new capacity and ensured him of the Moldovan side’s full support.
During the meeting, the official expressed the joint interest in enhancing the bilateral political dialogue and diversifying the economic relations and trade exchanges. In this context, Deputy Minister Darii underlined the importance of the support and assistance of the Hellenic Republic in the process of implementation of agenda of reforms and modernization of the country provided for by the Association Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Moldova, noting the interest in taking over the experience of the Hellenic Republic in various fields.
For his part, Ambassador Georgios Poukamissas assured the Moldovan official of the constant interest of the Hellenic Republic in deepening the relations with the Moldovan authorities in political, economic and cultural fields, as well as reiterated the support of his country for the European process of the Republic of Moldova.
