Dear Applicants,

Starting from June 14, 2013, you can submit your Visa application to Greek Visa Application Centres without any prior appointment (for Schengen visas applications). Working hours are 08:30-15:30, Monday-Friday. Please, check exact address below.

The Embassy does not recommend applicants to take assistance from any kind of unauthorized agents – especially agents offering such services outside the Embassy and Visa Application Centre. Neither the Embassy nor Visa Application Centre approve of such practices.

Attention! Having opened Greek Visa Application Centers, the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Hellenic Republic to Ukraine accepts limited number of applicants for Schengen (short term) visas after making an appointment by phone numbers: (+38) 044 2545476 and (38) 044 2545478 (Monday-Friday, 10:00-16:00, EET). The documents submitted by accredited travel agencies are processed at the Greek Visa Application Centers in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lutsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Odessa.

Please, note that due to the closure of the Visa Application Centers in Jurisdiction of the Consulate General of the Hellenic Republic in Mariupol, Visa Application Centres under jurisdiction of the Embassy of the Hellenic Republic in Kyiv also accept documents from applicants who are legally registered or work (have a statement from work / University where they work / study) in Zaporizka region, Donetska region, Dnipropetrovska region, Luhanska region.
