Meeting of Foreign Minister N. Kotzias with Bolivian Foreign Minister D. Choquehuanca Céspedes (New York, 20.9.2016)

In the framework of the 71st Session and the high-level Week of the UN General Assembly in New York City, Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias met, on Tuesday September 20th, with Bolivian Foreign Affairs Minister David Choquehuanca Céspedes.

During this meeting, the two Ministers discussed a range of issues of mutual and global concern and looked into current scope to boost bilateral cooperation.

The two Ministers had the opportunity to talk about the Greek initiative of establishing the GC10, an Organisation of the ten oldest world cultures and civilisations, including Bolivia’s. Actually, Foreign Minister Kotzias extended an invitation for his Bolivian counterpart to take part in the upcoming Conference which is due shortly in Athens, in the context of this initiative.
