Quadrilateral Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia and Romania (New York City, 19.09.2016)
The four Ministers of Foreign Affairs agreed to further promote this quadripartite set-up of understanding, to expand cooperation between their countries in the fields of infrastructure, networks and grids as well as to have regular exchanges of views on issues such as the refugee issue, cross-border cooperation, enlargement and the future of the European Union.
They all concurred on the need and volition there is for stronger coordination, within the EU, of their four countries, the Foreign Ministers of which had their very first quadrilateral meeting back in May, in Pravets, Bulgaria, during the formal meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP).
