Depending on the duration and purpose of your journey to Greece, you may apply for a short-term “Schengen visa” or a long-term “national visa” for a stay of longer than 90 days.

The Visa Application shall, as a rule, be submited to the consular authority at least 15 days before the intended visit and no earlier than six months before the start of the intended visit.

As a rule, visa applicants must submit their applications IN PERSON (certain exceptions apply). They can do so at the following places:

The cost of the service fee is paid directly to GVC WORLD and amounts to 20 Euros, paid in the equivalent ammount of AMD.

The decision on the visa application is made within 15 calendar days of the date of the submission of the application, which is admissible by the consular authority. This period may be extended to up to 30 days or, in exceptional, specific cases to 60 calendar days. Our consular authority will inform you of the decision date when it receives the application.

Applicants who submited their applications at our premises can collect their passports every Thursday at 14:00. Exceptions apply only in emergency situations.

Please note that under the Visa Code, all third-country nationals subject to visa regime must be in possession of a visa in order to enter Greece legaly.

The above paragraph applies in particular to cases where Armenian citizens enter third countries without a visa requirement and wish from there to enter Greece, e.g. by a cruise.
