Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs, S. Anagnostopoulou, meets with the Chilean Ambassador to Athens, P. B. Diaz (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 1 March 2019)

Today, Friday, 1 March, the Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sia Anagnostopoulou, had a courtesy meeting at her office with the Chilean Ambassador, Pia Busta Diaz, on the occasion of the assumption of her duties.

During the meeting, they reaffirmed the excellent relations between the two countries, exchanged views on developments at the international and regional level, and discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation at the bilateral level, particularly in the sectors of the economy and education. In this context, the Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs extended an invitation to her Chilean counterpart, Carolina Valdivia Torres, to visit our country in response to the official visit by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Giorgos Katrougalos, to Chile in June 2018.
