Job Opening:

The Embassy of the Hellenic Republic in the Republic of Kazakhstan is seeking to hire a full-time Clerk (Locally-employed).

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in the English language;
Experience: At least 3 years of working experience after graduating.
Language: Proficiency in Kazakh, English and Russian languages;
Computer skills: Proficiency in basic computer programs, as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Internet etc.

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
•    handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone communications.
•    coordinating with government authorities and private sector representatives on office tasks such as meetings, office supplies, banking, hotels, travel agencies, car rentals, etc.
•    following daily press developments and providing written reports on the current political, economic and social environment
•    coordinating Embassy events,meetings, receptions and community outreach efforts.
•    monitoring office supplies, restocking essentials
•providing key administrative support and assisting theEmbassy’sConsular Department.
