Oδηγίες αυστριακής Πρεσβείας για κατάσταση στα σύνορα Αυστρίας- Σλοβενιας

The Austrian Embassy would like to inform you of the following provisions that the Austrian Government decreed to enter into force as of midnight tonight:

All persons wishing to enter Austria from Slovenia will be required to carry a health certificate in German or English about their state of health, attesting that the molecular biological test on SARS-CoV-2 is negative.  The health certificate must not be older than four days at the time of entering into Austria. A person that cannot show such a health certificate  will be denied entry into Austria.

Austrian citizens, or persons  whose main residence or secondary residence is in Austria or who have a residence permit for Austria and who have pledged themselves with their own signature to immediately begin with a fourteen day, self -imposed and self- supervised quarantine will be allowed to enter Austria.

The transit through Austria without stopover will be allowed, as long as the exit from Austria is ensured.

This decree will not apply to freight transport and commercial traffic (except for commercial passenger transport) as well as commuter work travel. The decree does not apply to  the passengers of emergency vehicles, vehicles of  the public sector and  diplomatic staff.
